Raquel McAdams

Nurse Practitioner Raquel McAdams is dedicated to getting her patients back to doing what they love to do. She received her Master’s in Science and Nursing from Maryville University specializing in the Adult/Geriatric population. She has further specialized herself as a Nurse Practitioner in regenerative medicine, hormone replacement therapies, and functional medicine. She has over 15-years of vast experience as a Registered Nurse including ICU, wound care, rehabilitation, LTAC, travel nursing, and case management. Her client-centered focus always puts patient satisfaction first with a focus on patient education with a patient-provider teamwork mentality. Raquel believes in spending time with patients to therefore create a patient-centered treatment plan. Her goal is to provide a unique client experience while achieving effective results supported by current literature. In her free time, Raquel enjoys creating art, organic gardening, and tending to her farm as she has bees, chickens, ducks, and goats. She also loves spending time with her dog and cats. She previously resided in Colorado for 10 years however is a native to Florida.

Rosanne Venci

Office manager Rosanne Venci attended Nova Southeastern University and earned a Masters degree in mental health counseling. She always had a passion for helping others and has been in healthcare and education for the past 20 years. A couple of years ago when Rose came down with an illness, she went to multiple doctors with symptoms and nobody could figure out what it was. She turned to the world of functional medicine and began treating with different natural remedies from the functional and integrative world. She believes if it was not for these therapies, she would not be where she is today with her health. She is excited to share her experience with the people of Tallahassee and have a clinic that offers wellness services from great healthcare professionals with training and expertise in this field. Rose is a loving mother of two boys and two labradoodles. Her hobbies include creating art, exploring nature and going to the beach!

Marissa

Marissa is currently a junior at Florida State University pursuing a degree in Exercise Physiology. After undergraduate studies, she plans to attend medical school with an interest in dermatology and orthopedics. Working at Tallahassee Wellness gives her the opportunity to learn more about different scopes of medicine while meeting and helping different people each day! In her free time, Marissa loves to get outside whether it’s playing soccer, tennis, or simply going for a walk.

Varun Arab

Varun Arab is currently a junior at Florida State University is trying to pursue his dream job of becoming a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant. He’s passionate about working at Tallahassee Wellness and is grateful for the daily opportunity to connect with patients. When not working or studying, you’ll find Varun playing tennis or pickleball and working out.

Sophia Zaydon

Sophia Zaydon is a marketing student at Florida State University and loves that marketing is a mix of business and creativity. She is inspired by working to create quality content that reflects Tallahassee Wellness’ mission. Her hobbies consist of collaging, reading and playing her Ukulele.
